The Church of St. Peter & St. Simon-the-Apostle has appointed Daniel Webb as Interim Director of Music.
Daniel led the Choir of St. Clements, Eglington for over a decade and was Organist and Choirmaster at Upper Canada College. Recently he has been appointed as Director of Music at Royal St. George’s College.
Daniel was educated at Cambridge University, where he was Organ Scholar of Magdalene College and was the John Stewart of Rannoch Scholar in Sacred Music. He holds a Licentiate Diploma in music theory from Trinity College of Music, London. He was a Tenor Deputy Lay Vicar at Salisbury Cathedral and taught in four of the United Kingdon’s leading schools. Daniel also served at the Chapel Royal in Hampton Court Palace.
Daniel came to Canada in 2013 and lives with his wife and two children in Greektown.
