Micah’s Guild
He has told you, O mortal, what is good;
and what does the Lord require of you
but to do justice, and to love kindness,
and to walk humbly with your God?
Micah’s Guild is a group dedicated to gospel justice and living into the prophetic words of Micah: “what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?” (Micah 6:8)
The guild will address many justice matters in our society, but focus for 2021 on the matter of race and sin of racism, particularly anti-Black and anti-Indigenous racism
The guild is the latest ministry in a long history of justice work by both parishes and the amalgamated parish. You can find many resources and updates linked below.
