Gurney’s deceptively simple epistolary two-hander\, Love Letters\, is that rare work whose emotional richness requires no embellishment in order to become a full-bodied theatrical experience… in the age of texts\, tweets and superficial social-media connections\, in which handwritten personal correspondence has become a quaint relic of a gentler time\, this elegant drama takes on added resonance.” ~ Hollywood Reporter \nA finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama\, Love Letters is a unique and imaginative theatre piece comprised of letters exchanged over a lifetime between two people who grew up together\, went their separate ways\, but continued to share confidences.
